INTERAGES®

is the Program Coordinator for the Montgomery County Intergenerational Resource Center.  Ms. Kane worked for 30 years at the U.S. Department of Education and at the Holiday Park Senior Center before joining the staff at Interages.  She has served as a volunteer in community nonprofit organizations including Spring Knolls Cooperative Nursery School and the Woodbridge, Virginia Art Guild, and as a board member nominating committee chair in a family support program of the Archdiocese of Washington.  In addition, she has served as a volunteer tutor and mentor in the Interages Grandreaders and Bridges programs. She has a Bachelors in Art Education from Nazareth College in Rochester, New York, and has completed coursework in the Masters in Art Management and Masters in Organization Development programs at American University.
