Carol Croll
Carol Croll, Executive Director of Interages, is the primary spokesperson for the agency. Under her leadership Interages received an award of Excellence in Older Volunteer Program Management by the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging and the MetLife Foundation. Interages was also selected as one of Greater Washington’s Best Small Charities by the Catalogue for Philanthropy. Ms. Croll has served more than 25 years as a leader in the field of education. She has been a Director and innovator of educational programs for non-profits. Her skills in strategic planning, marketing, curriculum and program development as well as team building and staff development were applied in the successful launch of the B'nai Shalom of Olney Nursery School in Olney, MD. The school achieved accreditation by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) as well as numerous other awards and recognition. Ms. Croll collaborated with the Center for Outreach in Education (CORE) to help children with special needs. She also sponsored mentoring programs through the University of Maryland (Junior Intern program) and Montgomery County Public Schools (Career Child Development Intern Program). Ms. Croll is a member of Generations United and is a member of the County Executive’s Sub-Cabinet Senior Summit Working Group on Civic Engagement. Ms. Croll received her BA degree in Education from Rowan University.
